It’s Been a Little Since the Last Time
I haven’t posted anything in a couple of weeks. I’ve been working on some longer bits and pieces. They can bog things down at times, or worse yet, cause one (and by one, I mean to say me) to start taking this blog seriously. That’s a bad habit to get into.
Have you ever noticed blogs and journals use the word “I” a lot? I haven’t figured out a way around that yet. Perhaps there is a skill which can be developed. I suppose I might take a writing class, but I have some fear they’d learn me to structure my writing, stay on topic, and perhaps even grammar and thesaurus (both hereby elevated to verb status). This would cramp my style. Or make me a better writer. It’s hard to say.
