Friday Is a Blessing
I awoke at 6 am this morning. It was chilly and dark. I’m not excited by the reduced daylight hours, and I have some reservations about the coming winter, but I’m ecstatic it’s not hot and humid right now. I’m not suited to global warming. The pedants among you will be quick to note global warming is but one facet of the climate change crisis we’ve made for ourselves. I counter with a George Carlin video and remind you that the warming part is creating the climate changes we don’t care for. It’s still early morning yet. My point is the weather in Philadelphia is cooling down and settling into something like autumn, and I like it.
