The Day it Rained in Philadelphia

Temperatures are expected to reach 17ºC today, Wednesday, December 11th. A large storm is washing over the entire East Coast. We’re expecting thunderstorms and downpours all morning and into the late afternoon. The balmy temps are a little unnerving, but I am excited about the storms. It would be great to have some proper rain in Philadelphia for a change.
