Whatcha Gonna Do?
Recently Amazon.com has been suggesting book rentals as the top results for many of my searches. Why would I want to rent a book? More to the point, why would I want to rent a book for 80-90% of the sell price? I could just borrow it from a library for free. This rental pricing strategy doesn’t immediately make much sense to me.
Moving right along. Today’s music selection is a remarkably faithful cover of the classic Sun Ra song Nuclear War as performed by Yo La Tengo. This song takes some time to get to the point, but it’s worth your trouble to settle in and take the ride.
