The Blizzard of the Century is scheduled to hit New Jersey this weekend. They predict accumulations over 26 inches. Or maybe 8 to 12 inches. It could be as much as 5 inches. Possibly. In places. It’s hard to say. It might rain. Who knows anything about anything anymore? Not I.

I may be getting sick. I’m not sure. I feel rundown and might be developing a cough. I’ve been traveling on crowded trains. It would make sense if I caught something. Or… maybe I’m just tired. Exhaustion would make sense, too. I worked from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. today. I bring home a pretty good paycheck, but they make me work for it.

In the morning, I will order groceries delivered. Junk food and soda. Things that don’t need prep or cooking. Easy meals when you’re sick. Or snowed in. If all goes well, I’ll spend the weekend watching art documentaries and eating snacks as the snow piles up. If I get sick, I’ll do more or less the same.
